Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your Alvayne Club bracelet. If something isn't right, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, email alvayneclub@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us won't be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Exchanges

Want a different colorway or width? Email us and we'll help you swap it, as long as the original is unworn.

Non-returnable items

Worn items, custom group orders, and sale items are final sale.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and process your refund within 5 business days. It may take a few extra days for your bank to post it.
